Yes, for fun, but also as a way to explore and create without the pressure of getting it right (a gift for those with ADHD or Impostor Syndrome)! It's nature's best hidden yet innately mastered secret. A tool that can shift perspectives, soften barriers, and reconnect us with parts of ourselves we may have lost along the way.
